It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alphonso Black of Covington, Georgia, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alphonso Black to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy; and his children, Ronald Richardson (Kim) of Olney, MD., Kathy Richardson of Lithonia, GA., Lisa Black-Shaw (Tyrone) of District Heights, MD., Tawanza Black Shaw of Roxboro, NC. and Alphonso Black, Jr. (Charrice) of Fairfield, CA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
