He is survived by: his wife Lindia Kimbrel Blalock of Cornelia; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Danny Jimenez of San Antonio, TX; his son William Rodney Blalock of Cornelia; and his siblings, Dorothy Suggs of Omega, GA and Roy Blalock. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
