She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Hodge and Stella Belle Reed Chamblee; her sons, Ricky Darrell Smith (Brenda Smith) and Dennis Scott Smith; and her siblings, Bill Chamblee, Bob Chamblee, Cline Chamblee, Hillary "Duck" Chamblee, Annie Garmon and Gwendolyn Belle McClain.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Vanderbilt Smith, Jr. of Cornelia, GA; and her children, Deana (Tim Brown), Sandy Smith (Angela Holley) and Randy (Tami Smith). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
