She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Shipes and Thelma Shipes; her husband Johnny Ayers; and her siblings, Pansy Marshall and Henry Shipes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ayers of Cornelia and Shannon Ayers White; her son-in-law Rodney White of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Jessica White Williams, Corey of Maysville, Erica White David and John of Baldwin; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Blake Williams and Kase Tal Williams; and her brother Murray Shipes of Vernon, FL.. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she was known to them as "Nanny".
