She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Gibson, Sr. and Katie Sosebee Gibson; her husband Silas James King; her son Michael King; her grandson David Alexander King; and her siblings, Sue Harris, Maebyrd Broadus, Will Jr. Gibson, Hoyt Gibson and Mack Gibson.
She is survived by: her son Paul D. King (Edna) of Cornelia; her grandchildren, Zach King (Ashley) of Alabama, Jasmine King of Atlanta, Ashley King of Tucson and Jerimiah King of Cornelia; her sister Winnie Gibson of Cornelia; and her nieces, Sarita Davidson of Cornelia, Kim Wimberly (Marcus) of Hampton and Denise Owens (Miguel) of Gainesville. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
