Sandra Jean Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024, at the age of 83, Sandra Jean Phillips of Cornelia, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Ray Phillips and Arne B. Phillips; and her sister Sylvia Phillips. She is survived by: her pets, Sissy and Pete; her niece Kelly Turner (Ron); her nephew Lou Hartley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie Riner (Justin) and Erin Allen (Michael); her cousins, Susan Drapp, Tommy and David Ward; and also, Bryson and Jackson Allen.
For over three and a half decades, Sandra contributed to the well-being of others as the Director of Tissue Preservation at the Alabama Tissue Center at UAB Health Service Foundation, fostering hope and healing from 1967 to 2003.
