It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Gorr Sr. (Cornelia, Georgia), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, John E. Gorr of Jackson, NJ, Russell Gorr of Princeton, NJ and Barbara Gorr Klimash of Mayfield, PA; his stepson James "Buddy" Lee; his parents, Lillianne Abenes and Earl J. Gorr; and his brother Earl "Bucky" J. Gorr.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his son Robert Gorr (Denise Tenore Gorr) of Middlesex, NJ; his grandchildren, Erin, Colleen, Kevin Gorr, Robert, Natalie Gorr, Matthew and Carly Klimash; his daughter-in-law Ann Eyler Gorr of Avon-By; his siblings, Gladys Baker of Oakridge, NJ, Kenneth John Gorr of Demorest, GA, Carol Keelon of Palm City, FL, Edward Gorr, Karen Smith, Howard Gorr and Norah Reising; and also, Jordan, Braxton, Kindslee, Brooklyn Hicks and Julia Ratliff.
