He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Earl May; and his brother Dennis Mitchell May. He is survived by: his wife Tina May of Cornelia; his sons, Joshua Maye (Teresa) of Demorest, Christopher Maye (Allison) of Gainesville and Brandon Maye of Cornelia; his grandchildren, CJ, Eli and Khaya Maye; his sister Dianne; his brother-in-law Dean Davis of Baldwin; and his half-siblings, Leitner Helfrich and Curtis Maye of South Georgia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made in Mr. May's Memory to the American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
