With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhea Mabel Turner Scribner (Cornelia, Georgia), who passed away on April 19, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother James "Jimmy" Turner; and her stepfather Freeman Fry. She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Scribner of Cornelia, GA; her sons, Greg Halferty of St. Petersburg, FL and Paul; her son-in-law Daniel King-Allen of Alpharetta, GA; her stepdaughter Deborah Scribner of Columbus, GA; her daughter-in-law Laura Halferty of St. Petersburg, FL; her brother Phillip "Speedy" Barber of Clarkesville, GA; and her grandchildren, Mary Scribner, Mary Elizabeth Allen, Olivia Allen and Gray Dean.
