He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer N. Grogan and Anice Parks Grogan; and his sisters, Modree Bowers and Shirley Strong. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Collins Grogan of Cornelia; his children, JoAnne (Tony Addis), Georgia and Vic (Allison Grogan); his brother Keith Grogan; and his grandchildren, Ansley Goodman, Toby Addis, Jamie Wilson Kayla Grogan and Amanda Grogan. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
In keeping with Covid-19 guidelines, private family memorial services will be held at Yonah Memorial Gardens, Demorest, Georgia.
