It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Hill of Cornelia, Georgia, born in Habersham, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend John D. and Mildred Cook Payne. She is survived by: her husband Roy Lee Hill of Cornelia; her daughters, Ginger (Richard McGinnis), Joni (Merrill Mitchell) and Sonya (Brian Frable); her grandchildren, Justin Lowe of Georgetown, Cameron McGinnis of Celina, Lanee Mitchell of Millsboro, Victoria McGinnis of Celina and Ryker Frable of Ocean View, Delaware; her sister Deborah; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Campbell of Cornelia, Diane (David Stover) and Frank (Dot Hill) of Mt. Airy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
