Mozelle P. Wilbanks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mozelle P. Wilbanks of Cornelia, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mozelle P. Wilbanks to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Poole and Lola Crumley Poole; her husband Edwin O. Wilbanks; her siblings, Betty Sue Elrod (Bill), Terry Poole, Telford Poole (Berma) and Rayford Poole; and her brother-in-law Herbert Robinson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Rene Taylor, Dustan Wilbanks (Hannah), Kristen McEntire (Jeremy), Travis Wilbanks and Caitlin Corley (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Mickey Campbell, Dalisa Campbell, Isabelle Campbell, Yasmine Taylor, Kayleigh McEntire, Jonah McEntire, Zoey Wilbanks, Kayden Wilbanks, Emma Corley, Leah Corley, Erin Wilbanks and Hantan Wilbanks; her sister Barbara Robinson; and her sister-in-law Lillian Poole. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Chapel (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
