She was predeceased by: her father James Otis Kimbrel; and her husband William H. "Bill" Blalock. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Danny Jimenez of San Antonio, TX; her son William Rodney Blalock of Cornelia; and her siblings, Sue Brewer of Cornelia and Waymon Kimbrel of Cornelia. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
