He was predeceased by: his sisters, Thelma Carter, Elizabeth Ennis, Edith Ramsey and Lorita McDonough; and his great grandchild Peyton James.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Monroe Dailey of Cornelia; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Jimmy Waller of Cornelia; his daughters, Felicia Cooper of Conyers and Kathryn; his son-in-law Stan Partin of Griffin; his sons, Keith (Kimberli Dailey), Wendell (Andrea Dailey) and Charles Dailey of Cornelia; his brother Martin; and his sister-in-law Barbara Dailey of Savannah. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
