He was predeceased by: his parents, Phakong Phasavang and Khong Phasavang. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Soumaly Phasavang of Cornelia; and his children, Jerry Andrew Phasavang of Clarkesville, Janny Phasavang of Cornelia and Peter Ken Phasavang of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
