He was predeceased by: his parents, John Billy and Lettie Sue Nelms Wikle; his daughters, Lela Michele Wikle and Jill Ann Wikle; and his daughter-in-law Michele Tanksley Wikle.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Payne Wikle of Cornelia; his son Bret; his daughter-in-law Lourdes Wikle of El Paso; his son Blake Wikle of Dahlonega; his sisters, Susan (Jeff Threlkeld), Martha B. (Kenneth Payne) and Maggie (Terry Henry); and his grandchildren, Chandler Wikle (Maddie Self), Gracie Wikle, Liam Meyer and Lucy McCullough.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Chapel (5495 GA-197, Clarkesville, GA 30523). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
