He was predeceased by: his father Emory West Dunahoo, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Moye Dunahoo of Clermont; his children, Jeremy West Dunahoo (Sarah) of Alto, Chase Alexander Dunahoo (Amber) of Demorest, Jessica Smith of Dahlonega and Olivia Grace Dunahoo of Indiana; his grandchildren, April Dunahoo, Camden Dunahoo, Robin Layne Dunahoo, Reagan Smith, Conner Smith and Joseph Reid Dunahoo; and his siblings, Emory West Dunahoo, Jr. of Gillsville, Marcus Dunahoo of Clermont and Robin Dunahoo Aikens of Gainesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
