He is survived by: his spouse Daniel Feltman of Cornelia; his daughters, Ashley Collins of Beacon, NY and Jenny-Lee Houghtaling of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Harry Richard Vail II of Poughkeepsie, NY, Timothy Vail of Woodbourne, NY, Christopher Vail of Poughkeepsie, NY and Shari Vail of Poughkeepsie, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
