With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ivie Jr. of Cornelia, Georgia, born in Milledgeville, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2020 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee "Cub" Ivie, Sr. and Helen Parker Ivie; and his sister Glyness Cook. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Sanders Ivie of Cornelia; his sons, Walker Ivie of Cartersville and Dustin Ivie of Cartersville; his daughter-in-law Tori Knighten of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Dustin, Liam Connor, Caitlyn Knighten, Liam Knighten, Layla Knighten and Hannah Knighten; and his sister Bettie Williams of Baldwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
