It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Wade Pratchard (Cornelia, Georgia), born in Alto, Georgia, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Wade and Ola Gailey Wade; her husband Jeff D. Pratchard; her siblings, Elise Wade Holcomb, Imogene Wade Stancil, Betty Ruth Wade, Julen Wade, Cody Wade, Issac Wade, Vance, Odell Wade and Artis Wade; and her great grandchild Andrew Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Dexter; her daughter-in-law Brenda Pratchard of Cornelia; her sisters, Joyce Wade Jordan of Alto and Sandra Wade Poole; her brother-in-law Donald of Baldwin; her granddaughter Celeste Pratchard Johnson (Chad); her stepgrandsons, Jack Edwards and Thad Edwards; and her great grandchild Michael Johnson.
