He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ausburn and Hattie Ausburn; his former wife Jackie Fricks Ausburn; and his grandson Joey Spath. He is survived by: his wife Jan Williams Ausburn of Cornelia; his children, Cheryl Spath of Suwanee and Mark; his daughter-in-law Kathy Ausburn of Cornelia; his grandchildren, Chrissy Spath, Trevor Ausburn, Jalen Ausburn Hulsey and Seth; and his great grandchild Bella Kelly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
