Grace Eugenia Chitwood Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024, at the age of 84, Grace Eugenia Chitwood of Cornelia, Georgia, born in Alto, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Chosewood and Ethel Mae Roper Chosewood; her former husband Glenn Walraven; her husband Robert Chitwood; her siblings, William Thomas Chosewood Jr., Lamar "Bud" Chosewood, Raymond Chosewood, Mildred Cleo Chosewood, Pauline Ambrose, Ruby Evelyn Chosewood and Hazel Ann Lewallen; and her daughter Annette Walraven.
She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Lassor; her granddaughter Kayleigh; her grandson-in-law Caleb Hurst; her grandson Phillip; her granddaughter-in-law Renae Lassor; and her brother Grady Eugene Chosewood. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Fairview Baptist Church (1746 GA-138 E, Jonesboro, GA 30236).
