Barnes; her brothers, William T. Ariail and Horace D.; her siblings-in-law, Martha Ariail, Andrew P. and Maryann Martin; and her mother-in-law Edith M. Selph.
She is survived by: her children, Edie (Bill Floyd), Amy (Bill Smith) and David Martin, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Traca Martin of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Will Smith, Mari, Ben Smith, Leah, Amy Floyd, Andy Floyd, Morgan Kent and Conner; her great grandchildren, Truett Smith, Titus Smith, Palmer Smith, Clayton Allen, Oakley Kent and Jackson Kent; and her caregivers, Tina, Pam, Brenda and Terry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
