He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Dover Raper of Cornelia; his daughter Savynna; his son-in-law Shay Smith of Cornelia; his stepdaughter Mariah Hope of Sugar Hill; his grandchildren, Tucker, Chipper, Aurora, Briez and Kayle; his great grandchildren, Maddy and Clementine; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Gail Raper of Cornelia; and his siblings, Victor Raper of Gainesville and Sue Roach of Cornelia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
