She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Lester Hite and Mary Lucille Slay Hite; and her siblings, Owen Alfred Hite, Donald Hite, Mary Ridings, Barbara Clackum and Norma Sanders.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory B. McGahee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Camp Creek Baptist Church (1761 Camp Creek Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
