It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Damian Alvarado Otero of Cornelia, Georgia, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Guadalupe Olguin; and his son Gildardo Alvarado. He is survived by: his father Juan Alvarado; his wife Maria Asuncion of Cornelia; and his children, Cruz Alvarado of Cornelia, Blas Alvarado of Cornelia, Miguel Alvarado of Cornelia, J. Carmen Alvarado of Cornelia, Damian Alvarado of Mt. Airy, Santos Alvarado of Cornelia, Demetrio Alvarado of Cornelia and Angelica Cruz of Lula. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as several siblings.
