He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Benton Lively; his wife Helen J. Lively; and his son David Lee Livey. He is survived by: his children, Debra Clark of San Diego, CA and Conrad Dale Lively of Brandon, FL; and his daughter-in-law Susan Lively of Lithia, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
