He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lokas and Sarah McClendon Lokas. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Harban Lokas of Cornelia; his children, Tremett Perriott of Belize, Rohjani Perriott of Belize and Majeeda Kellerward of Maryland; his sister Sandra Sternberg of Danielsville; and his nieces, April Williams of Alto, Jennifer Helinski of Evans and Stephanie Harrison of Virginia. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
