Carolyn Simmons Mullinax Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Simmons Mullinax of Cornelia, Georgia, who passed away on August 21, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Curtis and Mona V. Mealor Simmons; her former husband J. E. Smith; her brother Curtis Simmons; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Cochran.
She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Denise Smith of Cornelia; her siblings, Bruce (Brenda Simmons), Oland (Helen Simmons), Grace Cochran of Cornelia, Barbara Simmons of Cornelia and Christine Simmons of Cornelia; and her close friend Inez Glenn of Cornelia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
