She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Franklin and Flora Mae Murray Franklin; and her siblings, Arnold Franklin, J. L. Franklin and Christine Broome.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Doc" Perry of Mt. Airy; her son Rodney Eugene Perry; her daughter-in-law Crystal of Mt. Airy; her grandsons, Clay Perry and Carson Perry; her sisters, Lillian Perry of Mt. Airy and Helen Clark of Toccoa; and her sisters-in-law, Ovaline Abernathy of Calhoun and Gen Ward of Mt. Airy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
