He was predeceased by: his father William Foley; and his son Scott Foley. He is survived by: his wife Patty Nicholson Foley of Cornelia; his daughter Noelle; his son-in-law Kevin Granger of Easley, SC; his grandchildren, Anna, Sahale, Logan and Violet; and his sisters, Jo (Leonard Lowery) and Ann Foley (Bill DeCosta).
