She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Frank 'Shorty Bullington, Sr.; and her parent Allie Gertrude Hancock. She is survived by: her children, Faye (Mickey Wade), Barbara Jean (Donnie Hull), Frank, Jr. (Sheila Bullington) and Carol Ann (Stewart Whelchel); her grandchildren, David (Brandi Wade), Rebecca Wade, Matthew (Monica Hull), Frank, III (Anna Bullington), Kevin (Kathy Hughes), Joann (Allen Saylor) and Amanda (Will Thompson); her grandchildren-in-law, Emily and Joshua Hulett; her grandchildren, Haley, Jake Kelley, Jensen Wade, Mia Hughes, Samuel Hughes, Sasha Hughes, Colette Bullington, Hayes Bullington, Justin Saylor, Jason Saylor, Wesley Thompson and Bradley Thompson; her caregivers, Brenda Cantrell, Angie Harris, Karen Doster and Joy White; and also Ava Jean Kelley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
