He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Crenshaw Sr. and Nell Brown Crenshaw. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Crenshaw; his daughter Mary Ann Smithwick; his grandchild Turner Hitt; his niece Melinda Evans; and his nephew Bobby Selby.
The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, any contributions in Tommy's honor be made to the Warwick Methodist Church or any charity of your choice.
