He was predeceased by: his father William Edward Rawlins; his grandparents, Paul, Pauline Powers, Willard and Cornelia Rawlins; and his uncle Rev. Danny Powers.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Powers Daniels of Vienna; his daughter Clara Rawlins of Atlanta; his close friend Shanna Thombley of Vienna; his half-sister Whitney Rawlins Wells (Jackson) of Cordele; his aunts, Stephanie Powers of Cordele and Ginny Collins (Larry) of Vienna; and his uncle Bob Rawlins (Gail) of Rebecca.
