She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harold Summers and Dovie Watson Summers; and her siblings, James Summers and Janie Dorminey (Franklin). She is survived by: her husband Jerry "Jake" Clements of Cordele; her sons, Joey Clements of Cordele, Jonathan Clements (Pam) of Cordele, Justin Clements of Abbeville and James Clements (Steven Hornyak) of Cordele; her sisters, Connie Coleman (Wayne) of Cordele and Tonie Key of Cordele; her grandchildren, Lauren Clements, Blake Ward (Graham), Allyssa Clements, Karson Clements, Kelsy Tyre (Colton) and Kloey Clements; her great grandchild Laken Tyre; and her sister-in-law Glyndia Summers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Zion Hope Cemetery - Cordele. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
