She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Wayne Fultz and Patricia Ann Shugart Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Kayla Powell (Matt) of Kathleen, Joy Fultz (Jeff) of Abbeville and Dina Wilkes (Fred) of Cordele; her sisters, Ginger Turner of Cordele, Shannon Fultz of Cordele and Carol Wilkes (Ray) of Cordele; her grandchildren, Angela Jones, Alexis Butterworth, Haley Bolton, Peyton Clark, Fred Wilkes, Jr., Leilah Powell and Julia Klatt; and her great grandchild Baylor Beavers. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
