He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Walker Rousey and Cecil Kenneth Rousey, Sr.; and his brother Cecil Kenneth Rousey, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Steven Len Rousey, Jr. (Kylie) of Macon; and his siblings, Tony Rousey (Candance) of Macon, Todd Rousey (Misty) of Macon and Gail O'Quinn (James) of Macon. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three nieces, four nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
