She was predeceased by: her parents, A. B. Turpin and Lila Webb Turpin; her husband Louis Bridges (Boodlum); her son Edward Bridges; and her siblings, Ayers B. Turpin, Jr., James William Turpin (Bill) and Adrian Dudley.
She is survived by: her children, Babs Raines (Melton) and Steve Bridges (Kaye); her grandchildren, Mandi Saratsiotis (Alex), Adam Bridges (Inga), Beau Bridges, Andrea Raines, Wes Raines and Rich Raines; and her great grandchildren, Mary Katherine Saratsiotis, Isabelle Saratsiotis, Caroline Saratsiotis, Hannah Collins, Sarah Grace Collins, William Bridges and Alexa Raines-Ballou. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rainey Family Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Rainey Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015).
