We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 90, Sara Olivia McDaniel of Cordele, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Guined and Annie Bell Wisham Guined of Butler, GA.; her husband Rev. John Lee McDaniel, Sr.; her son John Lee McDaniel, Jr.; and her son-in-law Tony Brown.
She is survived by: her sister Martha Allen of Butler; and her children, Gary McDaniel (Dennette), Wayne McDaniel (Emily), Billy Ray Amerson (Teresa), Lynn Barefoot (Melvin) and Sara Ann Sumner (Matt). She is also survived by her six grandsons and four granddaughters, her six great granddaughters and eight great grandsons and two great great grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
