He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Watson Davis and James "Jim" Harmon Davis; his brothers, Elwood Davis and Gene Davis; his wife Kathryn Davis of Cordele; his daughter Becky Phillips of Cordele; his grandsons, Davis Moore (Dawn) of Cordele and Bryan Hodge of Cordele; and his great grandchild William Davis Moore of Cordele. He was also cherished by several nieces and cousins.
