She was predeceased by: her husband James Hubert Smith; her granddaughter Myria Dawn Breedlove Turner; and her parents, Andrew R. Cheek and Trilla B. Cheek. She is survived by: her sister Evelyn C. Polke of Cordele, GA; her siblings-in-law, Andrea Lynn, Frank Mills of Cordele, GA, Anna Marie and Jamie Mathis of Warner Robins, GA; her great grandchild Dustin Lee (Sara Breedlove); and her great great grandchildren, Aubrey Mills, Alaina Mills, Ashlynn Breedlove and Robert Breedlove.
