He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Doyle Gibbs and Eunice Bowen Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Crawford Gibbs of Cordele; his children, Mandy of Cordele, Shane Layfield of Cordele, Jason of Cordele and Tasha Gibbs of Cordele; his grandchildren, Rusty Henderson, Thomas Layfield, Caleb Gibbs and Baylee Gibbs; his mother-in-law Marie Crawford of Cordele; and his siblings-in-law, Linda (Bill Biggers) and Keith (Shirley Brown) of Lizella. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
