She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Rentfrow; her son Neal Johnson; her parents, William Barnett and Effie Madelea Morrison Barnett; and her siblings, Avery Barnett, Dennis Gilliam, Beverly Barnett, Freda Gilliam, Charlotte York, Dot Barnett and Lorene Lindsey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna York (Allan) of Cordele and Toby Spires Jr. (Tonya Morton) of Atlanta. She is also survived by her many grands; and numerous nieces and nephews.
