She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington White and Bessie Bell May Powell; her husband Bennie K. Roberson, Sr.; and her son Michael Staines. She is survived by: her children, Phil Staines (Julie) of Unadilla, Jay Staines (Betty) of Athens, Don Staines (Susana) of Canyon Lake, Tex, Bennie K. Roberson, Jr. (Melanie) of Marlton, N. J., Tyra Staines Williams of Marietta and Benita Blampied (Kevin) of Cordele. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
