He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Lynn Pope Culberson; his sister Patricia Ann Culberson; and his parents, Walter Jack Culberson, Jr. and Willadean Lovett Culberson. He is survived by: his son Walter Kenneth Culberson; his brother Walter Jack (Candy Culberson) of Sierra Vista, AZ; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Rocco Nealon, Amanda Susan Nealon, Emma Grace Culberson, Kurtis Christian Nealon, Amiel Jude Culberson and Wesley Paul Nealon. He is also survived by his children, a daughter.
