He is survived by: his wife Sandra Helms of Arabi; his sons, Brandon Paul Helms (Jacquelyn) of Sugar Hill and Matthew Paul Helms (Allison) of Cordele; his grandchildren, Keegan Helms, Shelby Lane, Haley Dollard, Ellie Brewer, Cassie Brewer, Natalie Helms and Emily Helms; and his great grandchildren, Joe Allen and Emma Allen.
