We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2021, at the age of 98, Mother Margaret B. Wright (Cordele, Georgia), born in DeSoto, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sampson Wright, Sr.; her children, Sam Jr., Frankie, George, Brownie Frazier and Bonnie Williams; and her stepdaughter Hattie.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Brown Wright; her children, Leodus Wright, Kenneth Wright of Desoto, Martha McGhee, Ulysses Wright (Elizabeth) of Americus and Evonne Antwine (Wayne) of Stone Mountain, Georgia; her daughter-in-law Annie Wright of Desoto; her stepson-in-law Lucious Ball, Sr. of Desoto, Georgia; her sisters-in-law, Mary Wright of Miami and Joan Wright of Atlanta, Georgia; and her nephew Charles Ross (Priscella) of Decatur, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
