He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe V. Fraser and Meda Reynolds Fraser; his sister Sherry Fraser Barker; his brother-in-law Edd W. Carr, Jr.; and his niece Amanda Odom.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Carr Fraser of Cordele; his son Michael (Michelle Fraser) of Cordele; his granddaughters, Taylor (Logan Godwin) and Stephanie (Carter Malone); his great grandchildren, Michael Lane Godwin and Dallas Keith Godwin of Cordele; his brothers, Dennis Fraser of Cordele and Ricky Fraser of Cordele; his sister-in-law Bonita Carr; his nephew Jarrett Carr (Samantha); his great-niece Scarlett; and his brother-in-law Arthur (Julie Carr).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rainey Family Funeral Services (1415 E 24th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Cordele First Church (302 E 12th Ave, Cordele, GA 31015).
