She is survived by: her children, Scott Beasley of Jacksonville, Sandra Brock (Gary) of Arabi and Pam Nelson (Andrew) of Newnan; her brothers, Irvin Sloan (Maxine) of Moultrie and Dan Sloan (Linda) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Mindy Cayer (Ben) of Tampa, Megan Jacobs (Wes) of Bonaire, Heather Welborn (Taylor) of Gillsville and Greg Nelson (Taylor) of Easley, S. C.; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Jacobs, Brock Jacobs, Britton Welborn, Mattie Welborn, Hudson Welborn, Ava Nelson and Emma Nelson.
