She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Williams and Isma Simmons Williams; her husband James Thompson; and her daughter Julie Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Johnney Thompson of Cordele and Joy Goff (Bill) of Cordele; her grandson Trey Goff of Tifton; her brother Johnnie "Benny" Williams, Sr. (Linda) of Tallahassee; and her nephews, Johnnie Williams Jr. (Terrie) of Tallahassee, Ricky Williams of Tallahassee, Ronnie Williams (Lisa) of Tallahassee and Craig Williams (Lisa) of Tallahassee.
